[討論] 大肌肌觀念
順著白條大的文章去看,除了知道短休息時間未必會得到較好的肌力成長外,
還順便得到兩個不錯的概念:
1.不一定要練到力竭或是受傷才能增加肌力

力竭:肌力增長,程度稍不如非力竭(差很小);但是75%1rm的次數多好幾下。
非力竭:肌力增長勝過力竭,但肌耐力輸。
SIZE的部分:忘了哪篇文章有提到,好像差不多。
