[問題] 練胸的問題
各位好,接觸重訓約2~3個月,原本練胸只是想讓穿衣服好看點
但人的欲望無限,當然還是希望有個有型的胸肌,無奈最近卡關。
是這樣的,我去的健身房沒有所謂的史密斯機和躺著握推的機器,
只有一台坐著推的機器和一台蝴蝶機。
大概組數都是10rm,一次四組。
最近練的時候隔天已經都不太會酸痛,胸部感覺有肉,但沒有型(肉量不多)
不知道是否有什麼可以改善的方法呢?

謝謝各位,或許我太急了吧,但也因為爬過文,動作大致上正確,
所以遇到瓶頸才會有點心灰意冷XD...畢竟有點成果出來才會激勵人心呀XD
不過兩三個月真的是還太嫩,我會繼續加油的。
