[請益] 每日慢跑瘦肚子的最佳時間點?
各位好
小弟最近因為腰圍一直增加(目前170/80,腰圍36)
打算開始進行每天慢跑6000瘦肚子的計畫
想請問各位專業的板友
在下面哪個時間跑,能達到最好的減脂效果,對肌肉量的負面影響又最小呢?
(有在健身)
(A) 一早起床(還沒進食,空腹狀態下)
(B) 重訓之前(30分鐘內)
(C) 重訓之後(30分鐘內)
(D) 其他時間
另外也想請問,
因為小弟目前有在喝馬力偉的高熱量Muscle Juice,一週練兩到三天,但每天都喝
如果說想要瘦肚子,是否應該改為重訓日當天喝就好?
