[身形紀錄] 當兵八個月之差不多就這樣
上次的身形記錄朋友說不準,
要一樣的地點~一樣採光才好比,
趁著畢業典禮回學校順便記錄一下!
不過擺的方式稍微改變,
採光竟然站錯邊XD

體重差異不大,
左邊系列61.4kg,
右邊系列62kg
但看起來...
胸變薄、手變細、肩變小、腹變平、背變窄、線條弱一些...
好像也沒太大變化...
哈哈(苦笑安慰自己)
有人問,
久不練是不是會退化?
肌耐力、肌力會退多少?
那天做個測試,
用學校的啞鈴練胸,
紀錄如下:
平臥啞鈴臥推

肌力大概退個5P
雙槓撐體的肌耐力退超多...
之前第一組可以25下,
現在只剩12...哭哭!
第二組、第三組也都退了5下以上,
真是糟糕阿,
不練不行!!
