重力訓練
對於尚未養成運動習慣的人,直接挑戰重量訓練是一大禁忌,劉燦宏醫師說明,重量訓練
的運動強度太高,身體緊急以葡萄糖和儲存在肌肉裡的肝醣做為熱量燃料,不但不能燃燒
脂肪,一瞬間消耗的熱量也少,無法減肥,只能練出肥厚的肌肉,不是瘦身者想要的結果
。

因為就我所知 減肥不是重訓跟有氧都排進去也是OK的嗎?
因為肌肉會增加可以增加你的代謝
而且重訓時候不是也是會燃燒一點脂肪?
希望有懂的人可以跟我解釋一下這段
