[心得] 今天晨跑
之前在這版上看到消除體脂肪最好的辦法似乎是有氧
所以今天五點起床去跑步..
不過可能是沒有吃早餐的關係..
跑了900M就開始視線變黑
只好休息一下在繼續
但是休息完了之後全身卻開始懶的起來..
就是感覺完全不想動那種...
而有幾個問題想請教各位
1. 有看到版友說要跑30分鐘以上體脂肪才會開始消耗.. 是真的嗎
不過這樣的話還沒跑到30分鐘就累了呀,還是說這跑步是慢跑??
2.如此持之以恆能夠有效的消除體脂肪嗎?
跑步可以消到肚子的脂肪嗎?
