[問題] 在家練習
各位先進好:
由於目前小弟我只想先試試在家自學練習,
讓身材精實就好,(其實比較想有氧消肚子)
目前就跑步40min(一星期四天),
在家鍊基本的伏地挺身、仰臥起坐,去學校吊單槓和拉雙槓(五天到七天)!
飲食也盡量挑選高蛋白質的雞肉,少吃脂肪類的食物,並長期喝牛奶,
希望達到「基本的健身線條」就好,(就是不要有大隻佬體型XD)
而目前比較想詢問各位的是:
就一般市面上的低脂牛奶和cosco的高蛋白奶粉來說,
我是應該持續喝傳統的新鮮低脂牛奶就好,
還是改喝高蛋白奶粉,
或是先進有提供的意見呢?

不是不想練出大隻佬阿~
曾經我有想過也嘗試過,我想應該是自已幾不夠持之以恆,加上一些種種問題,
所以才不敢高攀這樣的完美身材!
實在無非挑起大家的情緒(SORRY)
所以才想說退而求其次的只想練練基本的身材!
造成大家的情緒不平,真的很對不起阿
