提供我平常吃麥當勞的點法
雙層牛 薯條換沙拉 飲料換玉米湯
這樣吃起來"感覺"比較健康 也不會對腸胃造成負擔(炸的冰的很傷胃)
另外這樣的蛋白質剛好一餐30g 是一般人一時內能吸收的量
79元的價位也還在接受範圍內(再往上就...)
