[閒聊] 核心肌群很重要
本週一,高高興興的跟同學去日月潭玩
禮拜二清早去拍日出,然後我打算"試水溫"(摸水)
走到潭邊時,滿地青苔,滑倒摔了一大跤
屁股和腰著地,腰撞到樓梯凸出來的地方,落地後再往下滑一格,掉進日月潭
你們可以想像同學怎麼笑我,我也覺得很好笑
屁股沒什麼事,倒是腰偏右側(下背)很痛
就像是做硬舉超出自己負荷練完的痠痛再強烈
起床、彎腰、打噴嚏、深呼吸、咳嗽、大便、尿尿、抬腳、左手側平舉(提重物)
等等動作都會痛,我才注意到原來這些日常生活中的動作都會用到核心肌群
(其實幾乎做什麼動作都會用到,只是平常沒注意)
有人跟我說好險有練下背,不然也許更嚴重
現在只是傷到肌肉,假使我沒練的話也許現在就是傷到內臟和脊椎了
雖然我沒科學證據能支持這個論點
敝校重訓室幾乎沒見到什麼人練核心肌群,除了棒球校隊以外
不知各位所在的健身房/重訓室是如何呢?
就只是閒聊,來跟大家分享這好笑的經驗
