[心得] 重訓的時候都在想什麼
以下是我重訓的時候腦袋再想什麼
用兩個啞鈴練二頭的時候 想像自己在划船 左手起來右手在下面 右手起左手下
如果健身房電視有在播放formula drift或澳洲supercar race之類的就專心看
有看電視因為分心的關係 一組可以做更多下
我不太練三頭的 因為高二開始為了"減肥" 每天做伏地挺身 我認為做了很多
胸肌:練史密斯機 想的東西比較怪.....
練的時候聽頭文字d的配樂 腦袋裡都是美國肌肉車的v8 v10引擎
撐不起來的時候就想說
"American muscle drives american muscle car,如果撐不起來以後就去開日本直四就好"
腹肌沒什麼在練 有練就是有角度的仰臥起坐,前二十下算輕鬆
後二十下開始吃力的時候 會想說:不行 以前高中時那麼強 現在怎麼不行了
(以前高中在家做沒有角度的仰臥起坐 一口氣可以做很多)
那...大家呢...?
