[問題] 拉單槓正握反握 拉到頭後有什麼不同
拉單槓基本上有兩種握法
正握或反握
正握的話應該是用背肌吧 手臂的話還用到哪些肌群呢?
有些人會炫一下拉到頭後方
反握的話我感覺完全用二頭肌群耶
而且比正握要輕鬆
是不是我的背肌太弱?
我想練背的話是不是應該練正握
可否請高手解惑 謝謝
