[問題] 減肥健身同時進行的胖子
我的室友是一個運動型胖子
生大學的時候體重高達126公斤 182公分
後來他少吃多運動慢慢的瘦了
現在106
但是我覺得現在他的體重降的非常慢
但他還是每天都固定運動
飲食也算有在控制
有氧能跑個5~7K以上 40分鐘左右完成吧
臥推 80KG左右
深蹲 170KG上下
沒有安排什麼課表 哪裡不酸就練哪
平常沒健身也有參加系藍
雖然說不是非常猛
對一般業餘的人應該算運動量滿大的
看他流出來的汗應該都1公斤了
但是體重卻降的超慢(大概一個禮拜降個1公斤)
請問一下他這樣算正常嗎
還是說應該從哪邊著手效果會更好一點
如果不適合PO在這我馬上自D
