[問題] 如何改進身體太瘦太細
各位好,我有個困擾就是本身是屬於吃不胖的體質。
身高175 體重60出頭,我知道我的理想體重是67.X
但問題就是我的肩膀和腰就是太細,下半身的話也就普通,像沒什麼訓練過那樣。
想請教如何增壯,使上半身能變寬變壯一些,下半身若能也提供一下就感激不進了,
希望各位版友能指導我。
也希望能從健身訓練和飲食方面下手,多謝。
我有拜訪過精華區,但資訊真的有點多,不知怎麼消化...謝謝。
