[問題] 如何把肚臍下的腹肌練出來?
健身到現在約五個月,都有按照教練的指示練
大致上線條有出來,上腹部的四塊肌也有形狀
但是下腹部的肌肉形狀非常不明顯
仰臥起坐跟抬腿我兩天做一個set,每次30下,一共6次,間隔時間約2分鐘
是我做的太少,還是單純體脂的關係?
