[心得] 我目前的背、胸課表

放了三天颱風假,正好處理掉公司很多麻煩的事情
這兩天也有時間跟心力來寫寫我的訓練心得
主要看了Dennis Wolf的餓狼傳說訓練帶讓我決心想換掉課表
給身體與心智多點不同的刺激,兩個星期的訓練就讓我快爆掉了
之前果然太小看輕重量的震撼,當然以前的感受度沒那麼好也有關係
現在身體的感受度跟集中力都比以前好,所以用這樣的訓練方式別有不同的樂趣
實實在在的高強度實在是王道啊
先貼貼胸背兩個部位的心得,腿的部份等哪天有緣再來寫了
是說應該是不會有人想看「驕阿咖」的腿部訓練啦....(擺明就是想拖稿)
