剛看了電視節目
洪士官的舅舅上節目說:
禁閉室的伏地挺身是要你兩手掌疊放胸前,然後腳放在板凳上
要做滿50下,早上做完,下午又來....
如果確有其事,那我覺得的確有整人或被操死的可能
當過兵的都知道,一般訓練的伏地挺身最多只要你下去的角度確實
而且雙手是打開去做的
要這樣做"特殊姿勢"的伏地挺身...我只聽過"特種部隊"和"整人的時候"有
也難怪人會被操成這樣
有些人還酸死者太胖才不耐操
有興趣的人,可以把手掌擺心型在胸口,腳放在椅子上試做伏地挺身看看
一堆人我看連20下都做不完(這方式的伏地挺身難度比雙手打開做還高)
何況是早晚各來50下,然後還要同時操其他體能

其幾篇有人在禁閉室當過戒護士
也沒看過他們講是這樣操體能的

他舅舅也說:
洪一開始做了10幾下,舉手說無法負荷
可是戒護士要求他一定要做完
沒做完就全部的人等他一個
(7/3早上操課時)
最後就所有人等他做完才收操
這樣利用群體壓力逼他....連操好幾天...
