Mavericks-Rockets Preview
If James Harden keeps getting the kind of help he received in the Houston
Rockets' playoff opener, the Dallas Mavericks could be in trouble.

Balanced scoring was the key for the Rockets in winning Game 1, and the
Mavericks might also be without one of their top players in Chandler Parsons
when the teams meet in Houston on Tuesday night.
休士頓火箭第一戰利用均衡的火力打敗小牛，而小牛接下來可能還會缺少
主力得分手之一的Chandler Parsons，明天將舉行兩隊的第二戰。
Harden scored 24 points Saturday but went 4 of 11 from the field, doing most
of his damage from the free-throw line, as he was 15 of 17. However, six
other Rockets scored in double figures as Houston rolled to a 118-108 victory.
Harden第一戰得到24分，不過投11僅中4，他在罰球線上重擊了小牛，罰17
中15。火箭靠著六位球員得分破10，最後以118-108勝出。
"That's means everybody's touching the basketball, everybody's getting
involved and they can't only just stop one person," said Harden, who had 11
assists. "They put two (defenders) on the ball, me I make the pocket pass, I
made the easy play and had confidence in my teammates to make the next one."

Dallas' defensive focus on Harden backfired, as Terrence Jones had 19 points
to go with nine rebounds and six assists and Jason Terry scored 16 for
Houston, which had 26 assists.
小牛對於Harden的死守反而收到反效果，這讓Terrence Jones拿到19分9籃板
6助攻，Jason Terry拿到16分，火箭全隊送出26次助攻。
"You've got to give the other guys credit," forward Dirk Nowitzki said.
"Obviously, we were paying a lot of attention to James, but they made some
plays off the pick-and-rolls. It's just too easy."
小牛前鋒Dirk Nowitzki說："對手的其他球員有很大的功勞，明顯地我們很
注意Harden，但對手用了一些擋拆的配合，他們的得分太過輕鬆了。"
That balance allowed Houston to win despite a quiet night from Dwight Howard,
who played only 17 minutes due to foul trouble and had 11 points and five
rebounds. He did record five blocked shots.
這樣的表現還不包括因為犯規麻煩只打了17分鐘的Dwight Howard，他攻下
11分5籃板5火鍋。
Sixth man Corey Brewer, acquired from Minnesota on Dec. 19, scored 13 of his
15 points in the fourth quarter to help quash a Mavericks rally. Nine of
those 13 came on 3-pointers.
去年底從明尼蘇達灰狼被交易來的Corey Brewer從板凳跳出攻下15分，其中
13分集中在第四節，包括三顆三分球，澆熄了小牛反撲的氣焰。
"That's what we were brought here for, to help James and Dwight out," Brewer
said. "So if we're wide open we've got to make shots and we've got to help
those guys."

Dallas might not be getting help from Parsons, who ran gingerly on the knee
that kept him out of the final six games of the season.

He scored 10 points on 5-for-15 shooting and is questionable for Game 2 after
not practicing Monday.

"There may not be an update until right before the game when we submit all of
our stuff," coach Rick Carlisle said. "That's where we are right now."

Parsons plays a critical role for the Mavericks offensively, helping to
spread the floor and get out in transition, which Dallas does when it's at
its best.
Parsons在場上扮演進攻的關鍵角色，幫助球隊在攻守轉換時拉開攻擊的範
圍，而這並不是小牛的強項。
Nowitzki scored 24 points and Tyson Chandler had 11 and 18 rebounds -- eight
offensive -- for the Mavericks, who did outrebound Houston 49-44. They erased
a 15-point deficit with a 23-7 run in the second quarter, taking a 42-40 lead
with about 4 minutes left in the first half.
Dirk第一戰得到24分，Tyson Chandler則是有11分18籃板，其中有8個進攻
籃板，幫助小牛在籃板取得49-44的優勢。並且在第二節一度打出23-7的攻
勢，讓小牛在半場前四分鐘取得42-40的領先。
Dallas guard Devin Harris didn't play after the break because of a toe injury
that kept him out of the last game. He's also questionable for Game 2.
小牛後衛Devin Harris下半場因為腳趾傷勢沒有上場，賽季最後一場他也因
此沒上場，他明天的狀況也未定。
Houston dropped the first two at home last season in a first-round loss to
Portland.
火箭上季在前兩場比賽得主場都落敗，最後在第一輪就輸給波特蘭拓荒者。
"It's all about Game 1," Brewer said. "You have to get Game 1, especially
when you have home-court advantage. For us, it was big to get a win. We got a
win, and now we've got to get Game 2."
Brewer說："第一戰最重要，這確保了我們的主場優勢，拿下了重要的一勝
之後，我們要把重心轉移到第二戰了。"
上一戰看到很多次快攻失敗跟失誤真的很吐血...
一直被Terry跟Brewer噴三分心裡有點糾結啊XD
雖然傷兵的狀況不太樂觀...
但還是希望明天好好打 帶1-1回主場吧!!
