順序不論 => 組合
三組：ABC, AAB, AAA
C(100,3)+C(100,2)+C(100,1)
=161700+4950+100
=166750#
四組：ABCD, AABC, AABB, AAAB, AAAA
C(100,4)+C(100,3)+C(100,2)*2+C(100,1)
=3921225+161700+4950*2+100
=4092925#
