[問題] 如何鬆腰落跨??
最近在學太極拳,老師一直強調鬆腰落跨,
腰要先開,屁股再往下。
可是不管我怎麼練,總是用膝蓋彎曲。
我看老師都是跨(雙腿)會左右稍微分開,
跨才會落。
要怎麼練會比較好呢?而且真正做到鬆沈、
鬆腰落跨是什麼感覺呢?
