1430億的高捷黃線要站外轉乘 網友昏了
〔記者葛祐豪/高雄報導〕總經費1430億的高雄捷運黃線,傳出與紅線、橘線、輕軌等銜
接處,因未留站內轉乘空間,將採站外轉乘方式?高雄市捷運局強調,這是捷運黃線可行
性研究報告中的初期規劃,後續設計會以旅客最大便利性為原則。
討論高雄軌道建設的臉書社團「高雄點」,貼出一張「捷運黃線初期站址與轉乘形式」位
置圖,強調黃線採地下型式布設,車站型式會考量道路寬度,採用地下島式月台或疊式月
台車站。
「高雄點」強調,黃線與捷運紅線、橘線、輕軌、台鐵銜接處,均因未留站內轉乘機制空
間,因此採站外轉乘方式,連接既有捷運系統,轉乘距離約20至60公尺間,「這種規劃實
在讓人憤怒」。
根據這張位置圖,黃線Y16與橘線O10站(均叫衛武營站)、黃線Y10與橘線O6站(均叫信
義國小站)、黃線Y21與紅線R5站(均叫前鎮高中站)、黃線Y12與紅線R8站(均叫三多商
圈站),都採站外轉乘。
此外,黃線Y13與輕軌C9站(均叫旅運中心站)、黃線Y7與輕軌C28(均叫灣仔內站),黃
線Y15正義車站與台鐵,也都採站外轉乘。
網友得知捷運黃線採用站外轉乘設計,普遍不滿,有人說:「看了真的會昏倒」、「從地
下走上地上,曬完太陽再走回地下,果然官員都沒在搭的!」、「站外轉乘遇到夏天,根
本就不會有想搭的意願」、「至少蓋個連通道吧!」。
一些網友紛紛寫信到高雄市長陳菊信箱,要求捷運局好好檢討這種設計方式。
對此,高雄市捷運局強調,目前是可行性規劃階段,未來還會有綜合規劃及設計作業。捷
運局說,黃線車站轉乘,會以旅客最大便利作設計,其餘如有無可供利用土地、車站周邊
繁榮程度與人口密集度,都將一併列入考量。
