前天想說切換到獨顯來跑跑,然後螢幕就凍結了
然後我顯卡就掛了
線上客服對話,給序號,他說還是要我送維修中心判定是否為顯卡問題
昨天送studio A維修中心,判定是顯卡問題,但是因為
1.召回方案只能用一次
2.維修後的主版只保固90天
所以說只能自費維修
我上次送修的時候倒是沒跟我說只保固90天,說這是新板子可以放心
打客服電話的回應是一樣的
今天早上再打一次客服電話
想問說我上次顯卡是用apple care修的,能不能不算召回計畫
結果轉他們主管說還是不行
如果你一台電腦有三次維修記錄,我就可以爭取幫你換一台新電腦
只好寫信給Tim Cook了
所以大家電腦好好操,操壞三次就有機會換台新的
三不五時要注意召回計畫
真是個爛公司,顯卡問題始終搞不定
我之前買的就是2007顯卡門的macbook pro,沒注意召回計畫,結果過期只好當廢鐵
買了新電腦又是顯卡門,修了過一年還是遇到顯卡門
非常讓人傷心

Hello Mr. Cook,
I met 3 times GPU design problem, and I don’t think customer should pay
for it. I didn’t ask for a new MBP, just repair my MBP this time for free.
Apple should not be a lousy company that fail to solve GPU design problem
and suffer its 10 year supporter 3 times and pay for it twice.
I’ve been an Apple user for 10 years. I bought an iBook and 2 Macbook Pro
and recommend lots of my relatives and friends to buy Macs and solving
their Mac problems. But yesterday I may need to say goodbye to Apple and
tell people stop buying Apple products.
My 1st and 2nd MBP all have GPU design problem (2007 and 2011 MBP) and
Apple provided recall program very late. I didn’t notice the 1st recall
program and missed the due date. So I bought a new one and unfortunately
with GPU problem, too.
The 2011 late MBP was bought at Oct. 4, 2012. The GPU problem was found
Mar. 9, 2015. It was covered by Applecare so Apple replaced the motherboard
and Screen. Apple genius didn’t tell me that repaired parts only have 90
days warranty, but said the motherboard is newly made, you don’t need to
worry GPU problem happen again.
Sadly, on Nov. 15, 2016, the GPU problem happened again, Apple support chat
heard my problem, checked my repair history, and asked me to go to
authorized service provider to do hardware check.
On Nov. 16, 2016, the authorized service provider checked and found GPU
issue. But due to recall program can only use once on a mac and only with
90 days warranty, they ask me to pay for repair. I made a call to Apple, and
they said the same.
On Nov. 17, 2016, I called Apple again, my previous free motherboard
replacement should be count on Applecare but not recall program. May
I repair my Mac this time for free and they refused.
Again, I don’t think customer should pay for Apple’s GPU design problem.
I just ask Apple to repair my MBP this time for free. Apple should not be
a lousy company that fail to solve GPU design problem and punish its 10
year supporter 3 times and pay for it twice on expensive and hi-end product.

剛剛新加坡的客服還是公關部門的小姐打電話來,記錄下我講的經過,要求我提交
買過的蘋果產品序號,證明我是十年以上使用者,再幫我爭取看看
所以請大家要留屍體,盒子,紀錄序號,拍照片
剛剛我打客服電話問了
apple id沒有辦法查曾經註冊或維修過的機器
只有辦法查到正在登入使用的機器
賣掉報廢的機器當然就不會是正在登入使用的機器了
維修記錄只能用序號跟維修單號查,不能用apple id查
能查到的只剩在蘋果官網買過的機器
另:希望有好心的台中人有15或17吋MBP可以借我幾分鐘,用火線雷電線外接電腦開機,
改顯卡設定,希望我的機器還能用內顯跑正常工作,多謝。

挖出2007年ibook送修精技的往來email,以及2007 MBP的讀顯掛掉影片
有這麼多證據,這位專員幫我申請例外維修,然後打給我選的維修中心studio A
居然,居然,studio A說查系統,我的電腦可以用免費維修,不用作例外維修了
這是多麼不可思議,明明是同一家維修店,居然突然便可以變免費維修了
然後我說明天會去送修。專員說無論如何我留機在那邊,有問題打給他處理。
這專員人還蠻好的,姓范。
