1. 翻譯成"不到60年前"就很順阿. "不到"60年前，歐巴馬的老爸可能會被餐廳拒絕接待. 說明短短的時間內卻有大大的改變. 所以當然要用less than. 2.. 因為"對於現在事實的推測"應使用 may/might be. He may/might be wrong this time..
