因為這邊把San Francisco當作一個城市 坐落在一個更大的州, California裡面
另一種講法, which在這句形容詞子句裡面當主詞, 代替先行詞San Francisco,
一般來說形容詞子句不會用where這個關係代名詞當主詞的吧
主詞只有名詞性質的詞能用
which有更明確的"東西", 也就是"名詞"的感覺;
而where有不確定性及指向性, 帶有疑問詞的感覺比較濃厚
