我不確定這個問題是否適合po在此版問,但是我也想不到哪裡可以解惑我是政治系的學生,在讀到政治學的司法部門時,有一段文字讓我完全不懂在講什麼由於牽涉高度法律專業用語,大部分字典無法翻譯,在此求救......原文如下: European judges sit as a panel to rule on points of law and procedure, but at the conclusion of the trial they retire with a jury to consider the verdict and the sentence. Obviously, the lay jurors often go along with the superior--or at least professional--knowledge and wisdom of the judges.
