房市買氣疲弱,高雄新屋接待中心每周來客數多為20~30組,多數購屋族仍處觀望。
然而上周928檔期舉辦千人烤肉的達麗建設橋頭區造鎮案「全民萬歲」
從潛銷至今預約購屋已破200戶,上周來客數破百組。
案場指出,預計10月取得執照,將於中下旬陸續簽約。
該案位於橋頭區高雄新市鎮,基地正對捷運青埔站
共推出逾800戶樓店與住家,住家每坪16~19萬元,為高市少見1字頭捷運宅。
中信房屋右昌加盟店店長陳美娟指出
高雄新市鎮是未來北高發展核心,周邊已有地方法院進駐。
明年也有豪宅建商鼎宇建設指標案公開,1字頭房價對自住或投資客均具吸引力。
