太麻煩了。
只要每天堅持伏地挺身100下,仰臥起坐100下,交互蹲跳100下,跑步10公里,不開空調,慢慢的頭髮越來越少,力量也會越來越強。
遼東金頂門大概是這種練功方式的始祖吧,只可惜出了幾個庸庸碌碌的掌門之後,這種練功方式失傳了。
