事情有了發展,因為賣方一直迴避退貨退款 於是向亞馬遜申訴 ,官方回應如下:

You did the right thing by contacting the seller, and I regret that this didn'
t resolve your concerns.?
I have submitted a claim on your behalf for your order (The order number can b
e found in the subject line of this e-mail.) We will now validate the claim. Y
our credit card will be reimbursed directly for EUR EUR 含運金額 upon a positi
ve validation.

fication when it is complete.
訂單裡是出現已經在跑 a-z保證的流程
是代表亞馬遜要直接退款的意思嗎?
還是亞馬遜要跟賣家喬?
我還需要再跟賣家聯繫嗎?
還是就等亞馬遜給我回覆?
