我已經交涉很久了
但是沒辦法取得這物品
所以問Amazon有無賣家保護機制
進行 A-to-z Guarantee Claim
然而現在接到賣家從Amazon發的信
Buyer opened the A-z Case on Amazon and we will do whatever we can do to
deal with Amazon.
According to the Amazon policy:
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and
regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of the United
States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the
destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be
subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once
a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these
charges and can't predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely
from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for
more information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can
cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
We will also contact our legal department to take the LEGAL ACTION again
buyer.
We are SERIOUS and this is a crime activity against ferderal law to cheating
online.
EVEN FOR OVERSEA BUYER in Indonesia.

和海關交涉等等動作都要由買家我來做
而想申請這賠償機制
意思是我這樣是網路詐騙
而他們要告我方
說我違反ferderal law
請問這樣的話有什麼參考資訊

我方接到DHL通知的時候
就跟我方說已經被海關扣住
賣家原本也說這不符常理
應該要先通知買家 沒回應才扣

是的我們想報 想繳稅金都ok
但是那費用其實是會直接到收賄者那
而費用又高過這物品的價格
賣家也說去年他賣同樣一個東西到印尼
買家給officer USD $500 拿到那物品
但我跟他說這次這金額到了3,000 ~4,000

還威脅要告我
所以我也很困擾
因為我本來從Amazon或其他國外網站買東西
很多都不送台灣
如果可以送台灣的我就直接買了
也沒有去報關過都可以直接收到
原本我也不懂有賣家保護機制
只有跟賣家交涉(10次)未果
早上問amazon

結果Amazon就直接submitted an A-to-z Guarantee claim
這次是幫我朋友買
(他沒用過網路買東西)
帳號信用卡是用我的
收件名字地址是用他(在雅加達)
所以我還想說這樣他要告是告我還是我朋友
