Still, we could not get the item. Neither we could not let it return to sender nor DHL. I think that seller or DHL have higher priority and qualification to retrieve it. 然後得到的回應 Thanks for your message. We have received the DHL message. The item is now in customs and they have no right to take it. Buyer need to ask customs to release the item back to DHL for return. We have instructed DHL to retrieve as soon as they can and return back to us. Please, we must here to help buyer, but we cannot contact customs on behalf and we have done all the steps we can. DHL will contact us if there is any news. They have tried to contact customs and customs do not let them take the item. If there is any inquiry, please feel free to contact us.
