首先要搞清楚甚麼會影響極化
不同方向+不同相位才會造成 圓or橢圓
所以j0.4ay+j0.3az可視為一組(因為他們不同方向但同相位)，
然後覺得他很討厭就先看成j0.5ayy
由ax和j0.5ayy可以看出是橢圓極化
至於是左or右畫個圖就知道了
不想畫圖就把j0.3az和j0.6y遮掉看也可以

: 第二題多一個cos(x), 不知道怎麼下筆

這題我不確定，我就說我的看法
maxwell轉成電場看，
cos(x)會轉出Ez，sin會轉出Ex，兩者有相差
由波行進方向看進去是我認為是線性極化，極化方向為x方向
但我不確定這種波極化在電磁學上有沒有其他名稱
希望其他高手說明一下囉
