[問卦] 有什麼食物可以取代牛奶?
牛奶最主要的營養成份有蛋白質、鈣、維生素B2,D
維生素D可以曬太陽合成
蛋白質和B2可以吃蛋
鈣可以吃蔬菜、傳統豆腐
但是這些食物的方便性真的不如牛奶欸...
牛奶不用料理,直接喝就能吸收
是不是無可取代啊?有沒有卦?
