[問卦] 為何啥有人覺得一定要吃到澱粉才算一餐?已刪文

我一直覺得
沒有必要「非一定要吃澱粉」不可吧?
蛋白質或蔬菜 吃多一點 讓肚子有飽足感一點
這樣狀況下
澱粉直接降到最低或0
不要去造成血糖波動
(儘可能降到最低)
這樣就是最健康的飲料
但很奇怪
首先,很多老人家,覺得一餐裡一定要有「澱粉」才算是「有吃到一餐」
一定要吃到澱粉,不吃會死一樣?
然後40歲以上的人,也是這種「彊化的想法」
「這一餐裡如果完全沒澱粉,就不算一餐」
這想法難道不會很奇怪嗎? = =
