對個人進行詛咒和辱駡那個是屬於告訴乃論也就是說衹要沒人起訴就不違法即使是違法也要由被罵的當事人進行起訴才能成立而不是第三方覺得這違法了就把它刪掉懂嗎看你就是一個小法盲
