既然可以考古 4 月 18 日的衛報新聞那我也來貼 5 月 19 日的衛報新聞好了（同一作者） https://reurl.cc/oL4v33 姑且不論這系列報導主軸是在炮川普如果單單討論衛福部 12 月 31 日致 IHR 電郵內容（共 4 段）到底有沒有警告 COVID-19 可能會人傳人在 4 月 18 日的文章中 Julian Borger 只引用了電郵的第一段和第三段並認為台灣衛福部的信並沒有警告武肺會人傳人到了 5 月 19 日 Julian Borger 這樣寫道 In a four page letter to the WHO director general... Trump claimed the organisation... failed response to the Covid-19 outbreak.... 這裡說的川普的 4 頁致譚德塞函可以從川普的推特中找到全文（信函日期：5 月 18 日） https://reurl.cc/qd4pA0 川普的信，第一頁就寫道 By the next day, Taiwanese authorities had communicated information to the World Health Organization indicating human-to-human transmission of a new virus. Yet the WHO chose not to share any of this critical info with the rest of the orld, prbably for political resons. 由於這封信是以白宮名義發函我們可以解讀（柯學家：英糞可以超譯）目前美國官方立場是認為台灣衛福部 12 月 31 日函就是在警告 WHO 這種非典肺炎可能會人傳人當然很明顯的 Julian Borger 不同意這個解讀他在 5 月 19 日的報導中這樣評論 Some claims in Trump's letter were false, for example that Taiwan had warned about human-to-human transmission of the disease on 31 Dec.
