其實我相信瑞典希得有申請專利。
申請專利的要件就是
The specification shall contain a written description of the invention, and
of the manner and process of making and using it, in such full, clear,
concise, and exact terms as to enable any person skilled in the art to which
it pertains, or with which it is most nearly connected, to make and use the
same, and shall set forth the best mode contemplated by the inventor or joint
inventor of carrying out the invention.
這是35 U.S.C. 112(a)的規定。
簡單一點講，就是專利說明書必須揭露到，
本發明所屬技術領域具有通常知識者，能夠製造與使用發明。
那...看著說明書，可以製造瑞典希得，
應該也是正常的吧。
