對於法學碩博士修業結構的規定

The minimum period of study for the degree of MPhil is two academic years of
full-time study, or the equivalent in part-time study; and the minimum period

由此可知
學校傳統以來就是 法學博士的修業年限就是規定最低三年
而普遍情況是四年完成
蔡總統一舉以兩年拿下1.5個博士學位
應該是該學位史上最耀眼的奇才
但是這麼耀眼的學術成果都找不到
頗是遺憾
