我覺得報導是高級酸還酸了蔡政府一下個人觀點衛報報導中點出造價1.06億歐元的台中美術館與高雄美術館只有1個小時的距離，而台中那邊已經承認，雖然他們很有野心，但在開幕一段時間之後，需要很努力的賣票，至於高雄美術館現在有這個能力吸引人潮，要如何透過定期性的藝文活動，來吸引有1600 個觀眾持續入場，而且台北造價更貴1.33億歐元的表演藝術中心也要開幕了。翻得不好請見諒我想衛報隱約是要表達高美館的很棒，只是造價這麼貴 http://estate.ltn.com.tw/article/5428，但後續經營面對台中及台北競爭可能??
