香噴噴牛排上桌,卻帶有血絲,這樣到底算不算全熟?有網友在臉書《爆料公社》指出,1
日晚間前往知名日本料理店用餐,隔壁桌客人卻因全熟牛排帶有血絲跟店家起爭執,客人斥
「你當我們白痴沒有吃過牛排?」最後店長火大直接趕人。
該網友po出影片,片中兩名客人氣呼呼質疑店家,全熟牛排應當連紅色血絲都看不到,「半
熟跟全熟我搞不懂是不是?」店長出面回應,餐點熟度就是店裡的全熟,若客人不喜歡牛排
帶血,可以提前跟他們說,但客人仍堅持帶血的肉就是沒熟。
其中一名客人表示,餐點等太久才讓他們這麼生氣,店長回應「心情不好就可以對我們大小
聲嗎?」客人反應越趨激烈,手指著店長叫罵「這個叫有熟?你要我生氣是不是」,作勢報
警處理,同行婦人更嗆這個店是她開的。最後,店長爆氣要他們離開,「這一餐我處理」。
其他網友認為客人行徑很誇張,「全熟的肉還是有紅的...」、「不敢吃紅肉還跟人點啥牛
排」、「吵著吵著就有免費餐可以吃」。也有網友分析,店家一般為顧及口感,會將微粉紅
的牛排稱為全熟,不可能完全烤透,「要就讓店家稍微烤一下就好了,有什麼好吵的?」
