今天在誠品看到一本日本作家出的書
內容主在說少食 也就是一天只吃一餐
雖然會有飢餓感 但這樣對身體機能是最好的
可以讓大腦清晰 甚至縮短睡眠時間 3小時就可以精神飽滿
還可以激活長壽基因 聽起來真的超威 讓人非常想嘗試
剛開始可以從不吃早餐 一天只吃兩餐開始慢慢調整
有鄉民試過嗎?
