132 A recent review of pay scales indicates that CEO's now earn an average of 419 times more pay than blue-collar workers, compared to a ratio of 42 times in 1980. (A) that CEO's now earn an average of 419 times more pay than blue-collar workers, compared to a ratio of 42 times (B) that, on average, CEO's now earn 419 times the pay of blue-collar workers, a ratio that compares to 42 times (C) that, on average, CEO's now earn 419 times the pay of blue-collar workers, as compared to 42 times their pay, the ratio (D) CEO's who now earn on average 419 times more pay than blue-collar workers, as compared to 42 times their pay, the ratio (E) CEO's now earning an average of 419 times the pay of blue-collar workers, compared to the ratio of 42 times 答案是(C), 小弟我看了 Chase Dream 也看了 Manhattan GMAT Forums 原因和文法大致理解了. 但因為小弟程度頗差, 考試時總是很難了解句意, 所以還是來請教各位前輩, 請大家為我釐清一些考試技巧上的問題 (1) 我忘記在哪裡曾聽說過, 考試技巧 as compared to 必錯. 但這題似乎破功. 可是 as compared to 是不是依然很常被編成錯誤答案選項? 我模考最後都寫不完,最後幾題如果看到有 as compared to 的選項,是不是就不要選了? (如果正確答案真的是有as compared to 的, 也只好欣然接受) (2) as compared to 是什麼意思呢? as compared to 和 as compared with 是通用的嗎? 我好像記得高中時教過 compared to 是比喻, compared with 是比較? (3) 網路上說做題時先刪掉(D)(E), 因為(D)(E)indicates 沒有加 that. 姑且不論(D)(E)結構上(沒有動詞)的錯誤, 假設今天(D)(E)後面就是接一個完整的子句, 但沒有加that, 是否就有可能對? 還是說 indicates 的 that 不能省? (慣用語?) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.4.191
