我ㄧ開始看到 and 就覺得此沒有東西跟他平行. OG解釋 particularly of red wine修飾
consumption of alcohol. 但是多個and我就覺得怪怪的 ~ 此and是連接哪裡 ?
如果沒有and, 單純 particularly of red wine(副詞+介片)當修飾語可以嗎 ?

alcohol consumption, in particular red wine, they began growing again.
OG解釋沒有用"of", 這句子會說明red wine is a kind of comsumption.
我查了字典consumption 後確實接of, 但是如果用in的話會有此種誤解嗎?
(作題時我是單純的想in是指哪一方面的consumption, 但後來知道要接of)
