多謝您提供的資料，我其實英文不是非常好，但我仍是看完這篇。
我其實不太清楚您想表達什麼，
我個人覺得不能拿一篇文章來判斷事情，
就算你要看看文章，應該是要看全文是想表達什麼，
而不是只看幾句話對自己有利，然後翻譯上來給大家看。
當然姑且不論這篇文章寫的與現實差距多少，
就單純來討論這篇文章的話，
我看起來這篇文章的主要是想說，馬處理兩岸關係是處理的不錯的。
而您截錄出來中國學者說的話，與事實出入有多少我不清楚，
但整篇看起來我是認為那段話是「謙詞」。
當然我英文不太好，如果我認知上有問題，就再請指正。
另一篇，只就有侷部貼圖沒有全文，我就沒看了。
