先附上昨天測量的數據(羞)
兩年前情傷發狠砸錢買教練課,雖然遇到兩個教練很不怎樣,但在低碳水+幾乎天天一
小時重訓和半小時的跑步下,少了約12公斤。
這一年多因為幸福肥不忌口,肥肉又上身.....
主要兩個問題想請教:
1.我的肌肉量還算夠,目前單純想減脂,那我就瘋狂有氧就好嗎?還是搭配重訓效果更
好呢?(我個人其實熱愛重訓遠勝有氧)
2.有在執行低碳飲食約三個月(但不嚴格),少了約五公斤,昨天諮詢教練,他要求我
恢復正常飲食,不然重訓表現不會好,但我不想放棄低碳飲食,想請教各位意見。
3.我想有效減脂,自己會做一些器材,有在考慮是否繼續買教練課,但一堂一千五一次
要買36堂,實在很傷荷包。請問台北內湖區有推薦的個人教練嗎?
