我以前是不吃早餐的人
第一是早上醒來我沒食慾
第二是 我吃了早餐 中午不是很餓
但在公司我又會想吃一個便當 乾脆早上不吃
不曉得這樣有算間接性斷食嗎?
但因為這週 突然工作型態改變
我無意間的每天大概只吃一餐
然後那一餐我就沒很在意熱量
只是我還是會補乳清跟兩杯豆漿的蛋白質
不曉得一天吃一餐 蛋白補足的方法可以持續多久?
我個人是怕肌肉量會掉 所以第六天我就強迫自由吃回兩餐
但不知道如果用這種一週一天一餐
隔一週再改兩餐 這樣會不會掉肌肉量
但基本上我每天慢跑五公里
我是想要再有效率一點
