[問題] 斷食法可以只吃早中餐嗎?
看了很多斷食法都是建議
中午到晚上8到6個小時內吃完當日的熱量
自己這樣嘗試早上上班會有點無力,下午會餓精神不佳
晚上會想吃多一點
最近嘗試早餐午餐就把當日的熱量吃完
結果整天都不會餓,精神也很好
體重也穩定下降中
最近甚至想嘗試早餐就一次吃完,整天真的比較不會餓
目前規劃是早起運動完,把當日熱量吃完
接下來整天不吃
壞處就是晚上聚餐會被靠北你怎麼都不吃東西啦XD
想請教大家怎麼看?
