[問題] 減肥重訓酸痛難退

目前持續重訓減肥中
強度大概每次一個部位(背胸腿肩)做四種動作
8組 每組12下 重量盡量讓最後一下力竭
一週4-5天 每次重訓完會再多加半小時的游泳
但是做的當下還好 通常隔日開始酸痛
肩膀因為有傷 都配合手稍微練一下所以都沒事
胸背還好 隔日開始連酸個兩天就好
但是腿每次有練都會連酸4-5天
教練有說如果酸太多天可能是要製造肌肉的養分不足
像是這種連酸4-5天代表我蛋白質攝取不足嗎?
但是我現在一天已經吃三顆蛋了
還是會建議去買蛋白質粉來吃
減肥對於吃的這塊我實在很不知道安排食譜
還請協助

重訓完後馬上去游蛙式半小時感覺應該算有伸展吧!?
