[問題] 已經跑了一個月了,心肺能力好像沒加強

好像問減脂文比較多
我想問一下
因為以前高中時期幾乎都不運動,吃了也吃不大肥(但是微胖)
所以就很放心地當個宅宅
最近開始跑步發現體力直線下降
趕快開始每天繞公園跑五圈左右(1KM)
相信1KM對大家來說是小CASE,但是每次跑完我都喘到快暈倒的感覺
8月9月都有持續在跑,可是只要到達一公里左右的時候就會覺得非常喘了
請問這是太久沒運動的後遺症嗎?
大約要多久我才能往2KM邁進呢?還是我應該硬著頭皮跑下去呢(比較想知道循序漸進增加總
里程這方面)
有點擔心跑到很喘的時候硬逼著自己往2KM跑會倒下
其實我有點懷疑自己是不是跑法不大對,一般大眾觀念好像持續地跑耐力就會增加了
自己卻好像原封不動....
我的身高183CM,體重88~92KG(最近體重一直浮動...)
體脂肪23~24%
