[問題] 如何調整腹肌訓練

一個多月前是從卷腹12下*3組(組間休息1分鐘)練起,慢慢增加每組次數和組數
大概做到35*5之後開始做做看電腦人腹肌LV1
最近這一兩週把電腦人加到2組,
第1組做完很OK,但是第2組做到一半脖子就會開始痠+緊到不行
最後都是斷斷續續才能做完(這樣是我腹部肌力不夠做完2組吧?
如果只做1組半的話,做完好像沒有太大的感覺
(練的當下有酸,但是一休息很快又好了,
伸展的時候也沒有以前伸展時肌肉緊繃被拉到的感覺)
昨天試著改做LV2,大概做完1組再多一點點也是會開始脖子痠
後來加做V-up大概只能做20*2+10
可是腹部好像也是停下來休息後就沒有什麼感覺
請問該怎麼調整訓練的方式?
因為爬文後好像沒有看到跟我一樣的狀況所以只能發文請教大家了<(_ _)>
