[閒聊] 卡關了
從3/7 到現在 87 變成 82。 可是今天量體重變成83。 可是我幾乎每天都去慢跑至少30
分起跳。 有點難過啊啊啊
請問仰臥起坐 伏地挺身 算是小小重量訓練嗎?
