[討論] 3公里路跑的時間?
事情是這樣的,小弟在gossiping上
看到有關於此標題的文章
產生了一個疑問
3公里小弟我跑出11分8秒的紀錄

而後來的跑步訓練都差不多是這個timing
想請問一下這樣是不錯還是soso而已
再者這樣的訓練方法,有助於快速的燃燒脂肪嗎?
還是這樣只會讓自己更容易受傷?
因為跑完後我會再做一些核心基礎訓練,想讓核心基礎訓練拉長一點
